Embracing Your Dark Parts Meditation
This exercise can help you find a part or parts of you that you might like to know better and that you may want to start changing your relationship with - in preparation of your journey. Sometimes these are the parts that we may not like or reject, parts that we hate or judge, feel judged by, or feel ashamed of. Developing compassion for our shadow parts is the beginning of a healing process and helps identify intentions for journeying with psychedelics.
